We ate at the “early” sitting at 4pm. We both ordered salads (Summer, Strawberry) fresh, crispy, balanced interesting blend of flavors. For entrees we both had the pan-seared salmon. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, with potatoes and kale, tender and flavorful. For dessert we shared the tiramisu, very good. We ate indoors, cozy and charming. Wait staff understood the menu, answered our questions, were attentive and personable.
We were happy to get a reservation to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This place was charmingly tucked in an alleyway in Stockbridge. The staff were friendly and professional and were great about describing and recommending dishes. We really enjoyed our meals. Highly recommend it! Will be our go to place when we’re in the Berkshires.
We sat down on a whim. We were traveling through, and found this restaurant on the google when it was time to get off the road. What a find! The people are super friendly, and the food was excellent with interesting flavors and great presentation. My wife and I even talked about taking the “long way” next time so we could stop in again.
We had a fantastic meal at Once Upon A Table. Food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Great service and attention to detail. This is truly a hidden gem. Would be a great spot for adults only or if you have kids. Our two young girls loved the food. We can't wait to go back.
Wow wow wow! The food here is indescribably good! Very unassuming little place so the quality of the food is a bit surprising. We’ve tried the lamb chops (incredible), Gorgonzola gnocchi (subtle but very delicious), almond crusted cod, and salmon. We leave satisfied any time we come or get take out. Highly recommend!
Benny wanting to stop by this place for a while and finally did! Charming location tucked away in an alley. Cozy space with really fresh and delicious fare! Well curated wines. The strawberry salad was fresh with perfect dressing! Mussels were plump and juicy and delightful. The smash burgers were delicious and satisfying! Chocolate torte was decadent! Well done! Bravo! Can’t wait to return!!
Excellent farm to table food - with a limited but well crafted menu. Service was great and very friendly. We liked pretty much everything we ate and enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients as well as the way it was all put together- definitely a place to go back to. Also - their menu changes quite a bit so that does make it even more interesting
Went to Naumkeag and decided to see if something was open for dinner on NYE. We walked straight into this place. We were extremely lucky and got in immediately with no reservation. Server was great. Baked Mac and cheese was fantastic. The rest of my party got the Chicken which was also fantastic. Then we all split the hot apple crisp. Really enjoyed the whole experience and highly recommend.
